This discount applies to both new monthly orders and eligible existing subscriptions. Existing subscriptions do not switch automatically. You must open each subscription detail page and apply the discount there for the lower price to start with the next renewal.
What's changing
Three things to remember
The switch is not automatic
We do not silently lower the price on existing subscriptions. Each subscription must be updated manually from its detail page.
The discounted price stays until cancellation
Once a subscription starts on the discounted rate or completes the discount switch, the recurring discounted price remains attached to that subscription until it is cancelled.
How to switch an existing subscription
Get the lower price from your next renewal

Open the subscription detail page
Go to your subscriptions and open the eligible monthly EPYC or Ryzen subscription you want to change.

Click the discount action
Use the discount migration card in the subscription summary area and confirm the switch.

The new price starts with the next renewal
Your current subscription stays active, but the recurring amount changes to the lower price from the next billing cycle.
Important notes
Please read before switching
- Existing monthly subscriptions do not switch automatically. You must apply the discount manually from the subscription detail page.
- The discount action only appears for eligible subscriptions. If the current renewal invoice is already in progress, the switch may be temporarily unavailable.
- Subscriptions started on the discounted price or successfully switched to it keep that discounted recurring amount until cancellation, even after the promotion ends.
Price guarantee
This promotional rate is not a one-time coupon. Once attached to a qualifying subscription, the discounted recurring amount remains fixed on that subscription for as long as you keep it active.
